We wanted to bring to your immediate attention that your website or splash page which was developed to sell AFRICAN FAT FLUSHER bottles is allegedly infringing a third-party trademark and as such the product has been redeveloped as AFRICAN LEAN BELLY. It is imperative that the website, splash page, all images to old product, metatags, and the domain name that include FAT FLUSHER be changed immediately so you can avoid liability. In addition, AFRICAN FAT FLUSHER is no longer for sale, so the page and redirection will cause consumer fraud concerns for your own personal marketing efforts. We are providing you five (5) days to make the changes and remove all instances of FAT FLUSHER; if not changed we will have to communicate with ClickBank and the third-party trademark owner that you are not in compliance with their terms and conditions.
